Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice unless paid in full.
Please note that some hotels charge for parking and/or a resort fee which is not included in the price.
You must be at least 21 years of age or over to rent a vehicle.
If you are between the ages of 21-24 a surcharge of $25.00 per day will be charged at the time of pick-up.
This is not included in your price. All prices are in US Dollars.
Forms of Payment:
Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, cashier's check, money order,
or personal check (personal check must be received at least 10 days before departure date to allow time for clearance).
Please note: $50 fee will be imposed on returned checks and changes to forms of payment after payment is applied.
Multiple charges to credit card(s) may occur, however amount charged will not exceed total package price reflected on Client Confirmation.
Final Payment:
Final payment is due 60 days before departure. For booking made less than 60 days before departure,
full payment is due at the time of booking.
Change Policy:
You may make changes to your booking, however, each change will result in a $150 processing fee per person,
plus any additional processing fees imposed by our travel suppliers.
Travel packages are non-refundable for travel dates between Dec 15 - Jan 7.
No changes are allowed for travel dates between Dec 15 - Jan 7.
Changes are allowed 30 or more days prior to travel date if not traveling during Dec 15 - Jan 7,
based on availability and price, but may be subject to additional fees.
No changes are permitted within 45 days of departure. Unused trip components will not be refunded.
Name changes are allowed (when possible) 45 or more days prior to travel and will result in a $200 per person processing fee,
and in addition any penalties imposed by our travel suppliers.
Cancellation Policy:
Please be advised that cancellations 45 days or more prior to departure incur a penalty of $150 per person.
Cancellations within 30-44 days of departure incur a penalty of $200 per person.
Cancellations within 20-29 days of departure incur a penalty of $250 per person.
Cancellations within 8-19 days of departure incur a penalty of $300 per person.
Cancellations within 7 days of departure, the travel package is non-refundable.
In addition to The Visitor Center policy, all fees and/or penalties imposed by travel suppliers for air, hotel,
ground, and other service cancellations will be assessed. All fees and cancellation charges will be deducted
from any amounts to be refunded. If travel documents have been issued, no refunds will be processed until
all tickets and vouchers have been returned at the expense of the participant.
Documents:
Documents will be delivered 1 to 2 weeks prior to travel.
Special Requests:
All requests for special bedding, location within a hotel, smoking/non-smoking rooms, etc., or regarding physical
conditions that require special attention must be advised to The Visitor Center when the reservation is made, and
will be communicated to the vendors. Requests will be subject to availability at the check-in and cannot be confirmed
prior to departure.
Not Included:
Porterage, gratuities, meals (except where otherwise noted), telephone calls, and any other items of personal nature.
Airlines:
The airlines reserve the right to make changes to equipment, schedules, carriers and pre-assigned seats at any time.
The Visitor Center cannot be responsible for airline flight schedule changes. Advance seat assignments are subject to
change at check-in. Continental Airline tickets cannot be changed and are non refundable.
Non-Refundable Air Tickets
If you are purchasing a non-refundable air ticket, please make sure that your Travel Consultant explains the restrictions
associated with non-refundable airfares. Travel Consultants and/or TVC cannot be held responsible for any change/cancellation
penalties associated with these non-refundable airfares.
Hotels:
Some hotels request that we wait to submit guest names until 7 days prior to check in. In such a case, your hotel room is reserved,
but your name is not yet on file with the hotel.
Travelling With Minors:
When a minor child (under 18) is traveling (especially to Mexico) without both parents, foreign governments require a special notarized
form upon entry into their country. If both birth parents are alive, and one or both of them will NOT be traveling with minor children,
the non-traveling parent must complete a form giving a notarized affidavit of consent to the person traveling with the child(ren) their
authorization to take them in and out of the country. Or To allow the minor child to travel on their own with no guardian.
Safety
Please be aware that during your participation in vacations arranged by The Visitor Center, inc. (TVC), certain risks and dangers may arise beyond
our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means
of transportation; the forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessnes or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of
rapid evacuation or medical facilities. TVC will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered.
It is understood that TVC will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
Visas & Passports
You are responsible for obtaining and payment for all visas and entry documents prior to travel, and for meeting all health and other requirements and
any documents required by laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries to be visited. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate
consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. All passengers traveling
internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of
your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of six blank pages in your passport when traveling as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry
visas are required for some vacations. You will need to check with your consulate to verify all requirements.

The airlines, hotels, tour operators, and ground transportation companies, on this site are third party providers, and TVC has no control over their
actions or inactions. TVC is not responsible for third party failure to perform, breach of contract, or any action, intentional or negligent, which
results in any loss, injury, delay or damage to you or your property or to anyone traveling with you, or to the property of that party.
TVC cannot and does not guarantee third party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours,
or the availability of hotel rooms or rental cars.
After purchase, a confirmation will be emailed within 3 business days. This confirmation constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and agree to,
the terms and conditions of use presented herein. This confirmation contains the entire agreement between the parties and supercedes any and all prior
confirmations or understandings between the parties on all subjects in any way related to the transaction or occurrence described in this confirmation.
No oral understandings, statements, promises or inducements contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of this confirmation exist. This confirmation is not
subject to any modification, waiver, or addition that is made orally. This confirmation is subject to modification, waiver or addition only by means of a new
confirmation that will be emailed to the Client within 3 business days of any agreed upon charge.
TVC does not warrant the contents of this site as to accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
All warranties thereof, either express or implied, are disclaimed. In no event shall TVC be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or any special,
punitive or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of this site, even if TVC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
the above exclusions may not apply to you.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Denver, Colorado,

TVC reserves the right to change any aspect of this site, or to modify, add, or cancel any of these terms and conditions. You agree to abide by whatever terms and conditions are in effect at the time of your use.
TVC reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to this site if, in its sole discretion, TVC believes user conduct violates any applicable law or is harmful to TVC or to any third party provider.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The foregoing terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the user and TVC.
Responsibility & Limitation of Liability:
The Visitor Center is a company organizing travel and vacation packages only. We do not control or operate any airline, hotel, transportation, or tour companies. We carefully select the services included in your vacation
package but cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the acts or omissions of the vendors. Participation in the tour, any activity or service suggested, is entirely at the passenger's risk.
By booking with The Visitor Center, you acknowledge that in any event The Visitor Center will not be liable for any consequential damages and the extent of The Visitor Center's liability shall never exceed the amount you actually paid to The Visitor Center.
The Visitor Center reserves the right to cancel or alter any vacation package itinerary as may be found necessary for the proper handling of said vacation package.
Traveling outside of United States will require a valid Passport.
